CASELA NATURE & LEISURE PARK

Casela Park Safari Mauritius is a safari theme park for the whole family. Situated at Cascavelle, 5 minutes from Tamarina Boutique Hotel, the park spans over 400 hectares proposing unique, and intense emotional moments in Mauritius. Whether you choose to  walk with lions, trek in the river, experience the ziplines, the toboggan and the 4D cinema, the park has something for everyone. The little ones will be delighted by the tilapia fishing, petting and feeding the farm animals. One can choose the safari via different modes : bus, quad or buggy rides or Segway to see giraffes, zebras, ostriches and other African animals.

What a feeling to roam alongside the king of the jungle. An hour-walk to remember!

AGE & HEIGHT REQUIREMENTS:

  • Minimum age: 15 yrs+

  • Minimum height: 1m50

SPECIAL NOTES:

  • Limited tickets per day. Please book at least 2 days in advance to ensure availability.

  • The lions park is open every day except on the 25th December and 1st January

  • The walk with lions are offered everyday except on Sundays

  • The walking with lions encounters is offered only for adults (15 years old or above)

  • In order to take part in this activity you must be above 150cm (1.50m = 4.9 feet)

  • All participants must be physically and mentally capable to perform this particular activity.

  • Participants should not have any major hearing or visual impairments. 

  • This activity is covered by a safety brief therefore the participants need to be proficient either in French or English.

  • The Big Cat keepers, have the right to not let a customer participate in the activities if the restrictions are not met.

  • If any of the above is found incorrect on the day of your activity "NO" refund will be considered. These rules are for your safety.

  • Duration of the entire visit to the park: 3-5 hours

  • Duration of the walking with lions: about 1 hour

  • This activity is offered on these times: 9.00am, 10.00am, 10.30am, 2.00pm and 3.30pm

The park proposes gourmet baguettes, burger meals, light sandwiches, wraps and hot dogs. Children are also pampered with our kids’ menu and frozen yogurt and ice cream

We have 3 shop outlets and opening hours until 17hr00 : Safira at Discovery Centre, Safira at Safari Kingdom and at the Petting Farm
